The BRING IT program provides one-year seed grants of up to $100,000 to Texas-based academic institutions and nonprofits for innovative brain health and dementia research. Funding areas include AI and digital health, new disease models, drug repurposing, risk assessment, and dementia prevention. Letters of intent are due November 13, 2026, with full applications due February 12, 2027.
Eligibility: Texas-based academic institutions and nonprofit organizations with qualified research leaders. Collaborations with for-profit companies are allowed, but the eligible Texas institution or nonprofit must remain the lead applicant.
