Alloy Therapeutics and Voro Therapeutics announced a strategic research collaboration to develop next-generation masked T-cell engager (TCE) therapeutics for cancer treatment. The partnership combines Voro’s tumor-activated biologics platform with Alloy’s CD3 antibody discovery and multispecific engineering technologies to create therapies that selectively activate within the tumor microenvironment while minimizing effects on healthy tissues. By improving the precision and safety of T-cell engager therapies, the companies aim to expand the use of immunotherapy for solid tumors and other difficult-to-treat cancers.
