Arlington now ranks among the top 10 hardest-working cities in America, according to a recent WalletHub study. The city jumped from #15 in 2024 to #10 in 2025.
The study analyzed 116 cities using 11 metrics across two categories: “Direct Work Factors” and “Indirect Work Factors,” including employment rate, work hours, and leisure time. Data sources included the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Gallup.
