BMK Pharma to Establish $50 M U.S. HQ & Manufacturing Facility in Allen, Texas

BMK Pharma, led by founder Jay Bhaumik, announced plans to build a 50,000-square-foot facility in Allen, Texas, serving as its U.S. headquarters and a dual 503B compounding pharmacy and sterile contract development & manufacturing organization (CDMO). The investment of approximately $50 million is expected to create over 100 highly skilled jobs and strengthen the domestic pharmaceutical supply chain, with the facility scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2026
