GL CHEMTEC announced the formation of a U.S. entity and the appointment of Adam Kujath as its next Chief Executive Officer, succeeding co-founder Dr. Gamil Alhakimi, who will remain involved on the company’s Board of Directors. Kujath brings experience in drug development, GMP manufacturing, advanced materials, medical products, and CDMO operations, while GL CHEMTEC plans to expand its complex API and advanced polymer platforms and GMP production capabilities. The new U.S. entity is intended to strengthen the company’s direct partnerships with U.S. customers as GL CHEMTEC expands its North American operations and commercialization strategy.
