Governor Abbott Celebrates Launch of Texas Based Stock Exchange

Governor Greg Abbott today welcomed the New York Stock Exchange’s announcement of plans to establish NYSE Texas, a fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas. The exchange is part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE).
