Health Wildcatters revealed the winners of its 2026 Texas Healthcare Challenge Hackathon, where teams had 48 hours to develop innovative solutions addressing major healthcare challenges.
A total of 13 teams competed across multiple tracks including Texas Health, MedTech, and Open tackling issues such as surgical coordination, mental health support, and chronic disease management using AI-driven tools.
The event, held at Pegasus Park and supported by major partners like Texas Health Resources and UT Southwestern, highlights North Texas’ growing role as a hub for healthcare innovation and startup development
