The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth has received an NIH grant to study the bioethical challenges of bionic and robotic prostheses. Led by Assistant Professor Graci Finco, the research will gather insights from individuals with limb loss, clinicians, and policymakers to ensure future prosthetic advancements are both innovative and user-centered.
